Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VideoSplitr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

VideoSplitr is a video editing application that allows users to:

• Split videos into multiple segments
• Export video segments to the Photo Library or Files app
• Edit and process videos locally on their device

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create and export video content using the App's features

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App to process content that violates applicable laws

Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of all content you process through VideoSplitr. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to edit and export any video content you use with the App. You agree not to use the App to process:

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Content that violates the rights of others
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that violates platform terms of service where you intend to share it

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. All video processing happens locally on your device. Your videos are never uploaded to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle data.

Payments and Refunds

VideoSplitr is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms and policies. We do not process payments directly or issue refunds outside of Apple's refund policy.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be provided automatically through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
